In searching the forums it seems pretty common for people to ask for and get advice when they are having issues. The problem is not many people bother to come back and post the resolution. Often they get many suggestions but never post the one that worked.

I PLEDGE TO ALWAYS REPORT BACK WHEN ANY PROBLEM I ASKED ABOUT IS RESOLVED SO OTHERS MAY BENEFIT FROM IT. ANYONE ELSE WANT TO TAKE THE PLEDGE?

I might also add that I have seen a number of occasions where the "question asker" fails to even say "thank you". Tsk, tsk, tsk.....

    Good post, Ben.

Yep, good post. Recently there have been times I haven't bothered answering a question I could easily answer (not necessarily on here) because of the occasions you get no feedback. That or someone else repeats exactly what you said 5 posts later..

Remember to get back to us on how effective you think this thread was Ben.. ;)

OK - forgive me Enzo for I have sinned. I researched a problem on fchat without starting a new thread but still did not 'give back' as I should have. I had an intermittent speedo problem and I replaced the sensor. Special thanks to Dan at Ricambi no less.

Also and just to add back - 32MM socket with a long flex handle to break the seal of the crushable washer to get the sucker out (from the top no less).

That last part was information I couldn't find so I feel better now.
