Fiorano Package 1999 355 F1/ 115k??

Hey Guys, I may have figured out why the 1999 F1 Spider that I was looking at is priced at 115,000 (18k miles, major recently done) which everyone said was way too high for that year, could it be that it has the Fiorano package which only 100 of them were made that year or is this car still worth a whole lot less.
