Enough is Enough! The team is making too many mistakes!!! They can't catch Red Bull and someone has to teach them how to do a pit stop quickly, when to do it and go to Pirelli tire school.

I'm with you. I said a while back that's what the team needs IMO, but who knows when it's going to happen.

Why did they bring FA in when it was KNOWN heavy rain was approaching. The team management did him NO favors yesterday. I agree.....ciao to Stefano

+1 I'm afraid. However, do they have someone qualified to replace him?

I can understand if the cars are not to the technical level of the Red Bulls. But when mistakes are made in strategy and tactics over and over again, it's time to consider someone else as the head of the team.

From my vantage point it appears the race plan is not very well thought out where it can be adjusted to situations as they present themselves during the race.

Stefano is not the problem here. He is just a figure head... and sure when things are going wrong the leader should take responsibility.

The team he has surrounding him is just not his choice. He has been given a team of loyalists and yes men to work around with. The strategic thinking in the team is just not there. Pit strategy is worse than Virgins. Tire management and aero are on par with Force India at best. The whole team is caught chasing its own tail through out the race weekend.
