    I will be drifting on the 27th at Import Face Off at Firebird, I know drifting is lame but I want to kill my track tires that have hardly any tread left on them. It will probably be the last time I have fun at that track. Its been fun Firebird, I hoped this day wouldnt come.

    Not sure yet. Ill let you know once I find out Agup! I know that main will be hosting drag racing all day long.

    Was this the guy I met at the Supercar Specialists run, I think you were telling me about his ITR. K24? Thats the motor I have in the Accord, I think.

    yep and the Off road racing will continue as well there. two events per year at track.

    NHRA is also deeply involved in keeping this venue operating. Together with Bonduant this is going to be a great facility moving forward.

    Obviously not. They aren't the dealmakers, are they? They are just employees in organizations without any real information of value. In this case, you needed to hear from the Chiefs, not the Indians (bad pun intended :) )
    Many people make the mistake of believing what people say simply because they are affiliated with an organization. The reality is that the decision makers, especially with regard to high level strategic decisions, are rarely the employees in the middle.

    Slightly different topic, but I heard the other day that someone was building a top-notch state of the art drag strip in Lake Havasu. Has anyone else heard this?
