Not sure if I told anyone but I work for Bay Fireworks and will be shooting the firework show in Montville, NJ on July 1st. Will be there from the 29-2 setting up, firing, breaking down, etc. Wanted to give everyone a heads up as it should be a nice show.

I dont know Jersey well so anything to do in that area?

    Montville is South near rt202 & rt287 & rt80/46

Montvale is North at the end of the Garden state parkway kinda near rt17

What to do in Montville? Hmmmm. Some nice garden centers in the area. A small airport is nearby. So yep, the fireworks display will be a pretty big deal :)

I'm actually going to the show with the wife and kids...should be great.

Montville is nice family-oriented town...but not much else. A few local golf courses. Good restaurants within about a 10-15 mile radius (Morristown, Denville, Monclair). NYC is about 30 miles away. Hoboken is about 25 miles...and shopping malls are everywhere (it is NJ).

Thursday nights, good crowd at South City Grill on Rt. 46 in Mountain Lakes. Believe they have live music after 10 p.m. Reservoir Tavern... great pizza. Michaelangelo's in Booton, excellent food.

    Here are a few suggestions:

Is one of your blockbuster displays going to include a blazing Ferrari Shield? I'd come to see that!

Im sure if for one of the upcoming Concours I could get something done at a decent price ;). Fireworks displays can be a LOT of money. A 15 minute display could run anywhere between 2k-25k. And yes you could have a Ferrari shield setpiece done up. Just like they have words burning a certain color a company can make up a setpiece of an image, most of the time it is an American flag or a company's emblem/symbol.

You guys let me know :).
