Hi....i recently bought my first a 348TB in Silver.

Never driven one before....mainly into Cosworths as i am Bosch Motorsport Dealer.....current 620plus BHP.

Anyway first drive...VERY easy....gearbox problems into second????Nope not for me...drove like a dream, steering a little heavy when parking..clutch a doddle..although my girlfriend could not push it down...ROFL!!!...and when i got into my Cosworth i thought the clutch had gone it was so light compared!!!!!!

To sum up...not that quick...but then its only around 300bhp...but the sound is outrageous with the decat and sports exhaust :D and the pose appeal is second to none...VERY VERY plaesed with it...AWESOME .....BHP aint everything.

The clutch pedal is heavy in Ferraris? You see you learn something everyday.

Maybe in a Lusso, but not in a 348... The clutches in Cosworths are probably feather-light, which is what Phil is used to...

Phil, congratulations... If it's not one thing (bhp), it's something else (exhaust note) that eventually reels everyone into Ferrari ownership and/or enthusiasm...

As for Cosworth clutches, can you speculate as to why they seem to be so much lighter than even a modern Ferrari clutch...?

My Lotus clutch is heavy too but one gets used to it. I don't even notice it anymore.
