All I can saw is WOW!, AND, glad I dident get level 3! The idle and rpms under 3000 is SOO DEEP! makes the hole garage shakeand very loud! At the higer rpms it really screams, and is pretty loud... I made this small video, with my C**P digi cam, so the sound quality is some what poor... Also we dont ahve any tunnels, "road walls" or mountins to reflect the F1 scream.. only flat open Denmark....BUT ITS THERE!! Going to a small "tunnel" down town I reved it, and she screamed back so loud, I had to laugh! When I got home after 40min drive the exhuast had become 20% louder or so, ill remeber to get it hot next time around with a real video cam... Took mine out tonight for a quick drive and ended up taking 4 hours to get back home!! LOL Mine sounds quite a bit different to yours Lars, but then again I have not stood outside of the car and videoed it so not 100% sure. Had a second opinion tonight and got the same response, mine has three different sounds to it. V8 throaty rumble<2500, F1 scream 3200-4000rpm, hard edged growl (which sounds a lot like yours) 4000+rpm. It's a pretty exotic sound, nothing like the PSE on my C2 which is great but quite "canned" if you know what I mean. Definitely the hotter it gets the louder it gets, by the end of my drive it was beastly loud - excellent!! All of a sudden the car is getting a LOT more attention, all positive so far. Better Red than dead is all I can say. har har Lars - if you have open roads, take it into Copenhagen or somewhere with walls. You'll develop this evil laugh and huge grin, I guarantee it!
Best I've heard a 348 sound, good video too......thanks! Its still shocking how different two almost identical cars sound (348 & 355). 355 sounds so damn cool!
348 and 355 sound very different. Given that both have same aftermarket (same brand anyway) exhaust, 355 sounds much more F1-like with that high rpm scream.
