...Second Guy: 1000 miles in two weeks!?!? I really don't understand why/how people can NOT drive these cars...but, thank you First Guy!! Took the F on a spin out to Bartlett lake today. So. Much. Fun! Happiness, not in another place but this place...not for another hour, but this hour. -Walt Whitman Image Unavailable, Please Login
Agree. The 458 broke all the rules on "keep the miles low" for a Ferrari IMO. The warranty on my MY13 is 3 years and unlimited miles. Maintenance is covered. The car is absolutely reliable. So why not drive it often? Took me a few months to get to this view, but here I am!
First guy: 851 miles in 8 months. Me...12k miles in 8 months. I just cannot not drive it. Of course now she is in storage. Ice on the side streets. So skiing is the order of the day. Life is good. Life is better driving a Ferrari. Best.

4500 miles in 11 months. I'm having trouble getting my coupe out now because of snow, salt, freezing temps, etc. I've only been able to get it out twice in January to get the fluids warmed up. At least I have skiing during the winter....
During the past 2 years I have driven my 458 more miles than my first Ferrari (360) over more than a 5 year period. It will be interesting to see "resale" with (so) many putting miles on their cars. Best
1,500+ in 4 1/2 months 5K miles a year is reasonable for a car driven as a toy. If the car cannot hold decent resale with 10K miles in 2 years, while still under warranty, then the whole premise of good resale value for the 458 would simply be false.
6500 miles 7 months in the company FF , used it whenever possible for events, drives, promotions, etc! I just wish I fit in a 458 better, so that I could have done the same miles in it... hmm.. maybe a spider... LOL S
I am so jealous of you guys who live in the American south. My car is under cover, too cold and snowy to enjoy my Ferrari 458, should have got an FF.
Just turned 15k miles this morning on my MY2013 (after 17.5 months of ownership). Not as trouble free as my 10 year old Toyota pickup truck, but pretty reasonable for a car as complex as the 458.
