First ticket in the FCar

Not even a worthwhile one at that. I was on Carroll drive, in Southlake on saturday night. Took my 3yr old daughter for her usual drive through the towncenter for ice cream. Anyway, on Carroll, just before you get to the little carousel turn, the right lane ends. I change lanes, and the unmarked cop that was a little ways back, noticed that I failed to signal.

Soooo....after I zip through the carousel, he catches up quickly (obviously hoping I would speed). He follows for awhile, then lights me up (just before I crossed into Grapevine). This prick was so aggrivated by me not speeding, that he wrote me a ticket for failing to signal. And, he took his sweet ass time doing so (40 min).

Some sgt something or other. Driving a Maroon unmarked car. He even had the nerve to put his hand on my car.


My daughter noticed his gun, and asked if he was going to shoot me

 

When I get home, I'll look at the ticket and tell you his name.

 

I can't read his terrible writing, but it looks like: M Kenney. I know he was a sgt, as he introduced himself as such.

I went through the carousel rather quickly, but not above the speed limit. I didn't feel the need to slow, as the car handles so good That's when I noticed him speed up to catch me. He was thinking I was gonna blast off, and I didn't....So the best he could come up with was the failing to signal that took place a half mile prior.

The lane I was in had those arrows on the ground that force a gradual merge.....Do you still have to signal?

 

Thanks....He was just mad because he couldn't match me through the carousel. lol.

I appears that I drive around your part of town quite often. My daughter makes me take her to Town Center about 3 times a week. The torture, being forced to drive the Ferrari.
