Great forum, I have been browsing on here for a few weeks and love sites like this, Well anyways I am about ready to but a 430, Found one I like on ebay, I dont have a link but its a 2008 spyder, black with about 8k miles on it. Need some advise on this one if some of you guys can look at it on ebay and give me some feedback, I would really appreciate that. I personally have never driven an f1 trans car, the only ferrari I have drove was a 355 and loved it, That was about 7 years ago been wanting one ever since. I have a pretty large auto repair facility and we do a very large volume of vehicle repairs, No ferraris though, except the 355 the one time I am sure my boys can handle the repairs to an extent once I have the vehicle I just want to make sure that I am not getting some pos from some guy for a lot of money. Any input would really be great. Thanks again

Honestly, looks like a pretty good car and a fair asking price. The clutch at 68% means it spent a lot of time in stop and go traffic. I would say it's normal. Mine had 25% gone at 5200 miles.

The options are typical. I don't see it missing anything that most would order on the car.

08's and 09's were the best IMO. They are slightly different from most earlier cars because of software changes to the gearbox and engine, CC Brakes (which also involved software changes to the Ediff), and some minor upgrades here and there (such as tire pressure sensors).

My suggestion is check that it has all the keys, books, tools, records and then have it checked out independently for accidents, respray, or something that needs to be repaired. Look at the condition of the tires also. If you need new ones right away, they are not cheap.

That's about all you can tell from the photos and information here. If you like it, it's worth checking out.

    Good luck with the search!

Thanks for the info, He said there is only one key wonder how much a spare key is? Think I will fly down there and see if I can do this deal.
