Started the 599 up for the first time since early December and it stalled a few times on my first attempts to start it. It finally started and while it was running, it appeared that only the right bank of cylinders were firing. Essentially no exhaust coming out of the left pipes. Car has Fabspeed secondary cat deletes so it loud. Sound was about half what it usually is.

Let it run for a few minutes. Turned it off and fired it back up, ran perfect…about twice as loud and exhaust was flowing about equal.

Anyone experience this? Car appears to be running fine, but was curious if anyone had insight into what may have happened.

    Thanks for the help!!!

During the winter I never let it sit that long. Generally I start it and bring it up to temperature every 10 days.

Was the car on a battery tender? Or did you cut the main switch in the trunk? Seems like the left and right engine ECU's had not fully synchronized with one another on the first attempt which can happen after power is cut or the battery ran a little low.

I usually turn to ignition position 2 -> let the "check ok" extinguish and then hit the start button. This will insure the ECU's are sync'd up

It was on the battery [emoji367] tender. I also turn to position 2 and let the ECU run through it’s thing.

Definitely wasn’t firing on the left bank. Temp was about 35…so not too cold.

After I turned it off and restarted it she fired right up and ran fine.

    Thanks for the insight fellas.

Update…found a thread on here from years ago about this. Essentially the most likely issue is a low battery. Solution was a new battery, or charge the original. Turn off and turn back on. That thread noted no additional issues.
