Fishermen/women?

Just got back from the Aransas Pass this weekend. Did a little Pier Fishing and when on a charter where I caught 4 red snapper and one lane snapper. I know that bait can dictate catch, but any other experiences from y'all? This is the third time we've done this charter as a family event. Don't know the name, but the boat was called Venturer(relative always booked the trip). Although I've been successful at catching snapper everytime, I want something different.

I'm lookin' for something that doesn't venture deyond 225/250 per person and would like to know who, if any, you use. I wouldn't mind a shark trip or some sort of bigger game. I want to take my future son's(Due Dec19th) God Father on this trip to tell him. I know I can flip through the yellow pages, but I'd really like personal accounts.

Wow, thanks Mike! I appreciate it....BTW, let me know whenever you want to get together about that car thing you were telling me about. I'll be off wednesdays and thursdays for the next couple of weeks.
