This is great stuff... Literary internet auction fraud at its finest...

Um, if it has the same engine as the NNO, how come it produces 120 less horse power...?

    Um, you mean 'belongings'...?

    Um, you mean 'calipers'...?

Um, you mean 'chassis'...? Shouldn't 'Bose' be capitalized, as should 'Scuderia'...?

Wow, a red rev counter...!!! That's VERY exclusive...! Say no more, i'm bidding...!

Real car, really a 6-spd. Not fraudulent. The owner is for real, as is the car. As for his spelling and mis-statements about the details, well, not the best marketing effort. Maybe the only one equipped exactly this way? And definitely one of the first in TX.

    LOL, Professor... :)

Chet, therein lies the problem... The stock photos and apparent 'hook-on-Phonics' description of the car are more than than just "not the best marketing effort"... The whole auction looks like it was hastily put together by some high school kid...

Seller wants full payment up front...?
    Cash...?
Red rev counter...? Is that really a selling point...?

    Do you know the seller...?

You know, until you pulled out your red pen, I was taking the guy seriously.

    Thanks for the heads up!

Actually, yes, I do know who he is. And I know the car. I ordered it to spec when I was still w/ Ferrari of Dallas. The owner is a regular Ferrari customer, and has had a number of cars. Not sure why he has it listed on eBay. May just be testing the waters to see if someone "has to have" one? I don't know. Anything else from me is pure speculation.
