    Merry Christmas to all

I have recently become the owner of a 93 348 Spider and am doing some suspension work on the car and have a technical question. I am replacing the flamblocks in the front lower levers (wishbones).

    My question is....
    - do the flamblocks require any sort of grease or lubricant prior to insertion in the wishbones...I assume they do as otherwise it appears there would be metal on metal wear. If a lubricant is required, is old school lithium grease acceptable?

Should I expect to need a wheel alignment after replacing the flamblocks?

    Thanks for your help,
    Cheers

Once installed there is no metal/metal movement. All motion occurs by the flexing of the rubber. A wheel alignment might be a good idea.
