    yes i know that it was fastened to the front of the seat so the seat still went forwards and backwards

    the fire ext bracket was fastened to the front of the seat under the front you can even tie wrap it to the seat cross bracket which is better than drilling holes then the ext was just sat in its holder with the velcrow straps it did stick out about 2 inches in front of the seat but that depends on the size of the ext but it never got in the way or uncomfertable for the passenger i am going to put one in mine this weekend but i dont it will fit there with sports seats

    I haven't mounted mine yet but I'm planning to tie wrap it onto the seat rail at the front just like Stevef has said. These flamebeaters are only small 600 gram jobs and are quite skinny so won't stick out much.
