    There is a lot of labor involved in 612 major service. Just a belt change is labor intensive because of the frame support in front of the engine.

    Shop for a new service provider.

    The list of items performed in the book is decided upon prior to the cars being built. Any quality service provider amends that list over time to one more appropriate to the actual real life needs of the cars as they age and experience builds. I would fully expect a good facilities labor time to reflect that. If they are not living up to your expectations or needs I hardly think pointing out discrepancies will improve the situation.
