Mine are deteriorating. Does anyone have a source for similar or same plastic material?

    Hello santacaferacer
Think you are in the states if in uk try arcoduct tpf rubberised ducting with steel reinforced coiling. This is the very close to original look.
Interestingly every photograph of every 400 series car I have ever seen has degraded ducting its a good indicator how many have had engines out! or any attention to the heater boxes or fluid lines etc etc.
    Regards
    Alastair

Just to add my tuppence ha'penny worth - I used the same ducting as you Alastair, and it's very good. I replaced all mine (two sizes), and as you say, pretty much all of it was hanging; the smaller diameter pieces down by the diverter flaps were just a coil with no material...

PS The eagle eyed amongst you will note that the engine really is running.

Thanks - yes those are the ones I am referring to. Mine have holes but work - but thanks for the offer. Everyones engine bays are nice and clean. It's tough to upkeep in dusty new mexico. Everything gets covered in a light brown powdery dust that loves to stick to all oily surfaces. Might have to break down and just risk steam cleaning one day. No time for toothbrushes.

Thanks for that Alastair - I now have re read the OP's question and have realised we're not talking about the correct trunking - DOH!
I cheated with the white covers, it's merely white heat shrink which was an arse to fit but does look quite nice and nearer the original than the split discoloured stuff that was present when I got the car.
Sorry to hear about your car, but that is on my 24th wedding anniversary so perhaps that will bring you luck!
    Howard.

Howard, I was thinking ' I hope my engine looks as good as yours when you're done with it ' BUT i know it won't because it doesn't have carbs. Those K units aren't as sexy!

:D Lol :D Got the same problem in CO :(
I'd steam clean it to get all of the oil off…then you can just blow off the dust with compressed air as needed.
