    Let's see what you had.... :)

    This one had a stick, yes a stick of secretly seasoned butter smeared on the meat under the skin, covered with olive oil, maple/mesquite rub and OJ and stuffed with salt, onions and garlic cloves.

    Baked in a pan, elevated with a quartered orange and chicken stock under it. Perfect! :D

    You can put in seasoning salt or use truffle butter.... ;):)
