OK. So this has probably been beaten to death, but...

I'm looking for floor mats for my 98' 355 spider.
    Any recommendations?

Try eBay... There is a set just like that for $379. The same guy makes them for Porsche for $169. Ferrari tax at work!

Coach Trim makes floor mats. Fairly reasonable.

Hi Bob, Which ones did you get from Lloyd's? The ones that I bought are nowhere near matching plus the grommets didn't align with the carpet hooks.

I've been thinking about those but how do they hold up on the street?

I just received a set of Lloyd's. Color is very nice, fit was a little less than I expected, but price was right!

Those actually look interesting. How much are those and can you put the horse on it?

What type of texture do these have? I wouldn't want anything that is too slippery.

I want an OEM style mat, but I don't know where to get the rubber heel pad, so a piece of this might work if it can be cut to the OEM heel pad size.

    How much do these cost?

They should hold their own. You can wipe them off and clean them just like an exterior part.

Cost is $495.00. I can look into the possibility of having a horse added if its something you would really prefer.

They are a polished carbon fiber, smooth texture.

    Cost is $495.00

I also have the Lloyd's (ordered from Ricambi)...they fit 'OK' -- the grommets to secure were way off base on the passenger side, but the mat isn't going anywhere. Other than that, excellent quality. I plan to have a local embroidery shop add the finishing touches

Kevin - I ordered them through the Auto Mat Store. They sent me over 10 carpet samples which I was able to match perfectly to my carpeting. I have the mats sitting on top of the OEM mats and have not tried the grommets/hooks.

Just received this set for my spider off ebay. They lie on top of oem so no grommets but they dont slide. The horse is flat, not sculpted like some mats. Quality overall pretty nice.

If I recall correctly- the price was $365 or thereabouts with shipping included.

Lloyds also offers a thicker plusher mat, a step up from what Ricambi offers...Ricambi might be able to special order them...I got them from another vendor :( . I forget what they are (Ultimats?) called, but they are a little more, maybe $140, but are really nice.

I got the top of the line Lloyds mats in ebony for my 348. The color matches the original black carpet very well and the fit is great. The stitching detail is not quite as nice as I'd like but they were a great buy on sale so no complaints at all. In fact, they match and fit so well they could easily be mistaken for OE. And at that price it won't hurt so bad to replace them when they start to look worn. :)

I got black Lloyds mats from Ricambi. They are very plush compared to the originals, and the black contrasts nicely with the tan interior.
