Florida PLATE your help needed!!!!

As most of you will know I am very much involved in a non-profit organization in Surfside Florida. We spay and neuter stray cats on the beach and our neighborhoods to stop unwanted animals for being born and condemned to a life in misery.
Spaying and neutering is the only humane alternative in order to control the population of stray animals, be this dogs or cats.

A group of Spay-Neuter people has proposed a vanity license plate for the State of Florida. In order for Florida to consider adding such a plate to their current plates, 15,000 surveys need to be filled out by December 1st, 2003. I will e-mail you a link to this survey. By filling out this survey you do NOT buy the plate or even commit to buying one but simply say, you may consider it at a future date.

Please help getting the required surveys done. If you feel strong about this worthy cause please also pass it on to friends and family alike. We are short about 5,000 surveys every additional survey helps.
