    Just installed my firewire card on this new comp and decided to put together a video. First video I've ever made by myself. I used Windows Movie Maker which was easy to use and the quality of the video is great. The song is Apocolyptica - Nothing Else Matters.

    Dad is flying our '54 L-21 Super Cub and I'm in a '77 Piper Warrior II I rented from the flight school.

    Great work, Rick. It choke me up too. My Dad was a Naval Aviator. Unfortunately, I never got into flying. (Bad eyes and ears.) I would have loved to have flown with him like you did with your Dad. Regretably, I'll never have the opportunity.

    That's a shame :( I try not to these times for granted because I'll look back at things like this later on and really cherish the time I spent with him. I somewhat feel your pain about not being able to fly. Ever since I was 6 I wanted to fly F-16's; I found out about two years ago that I have scoliosis in the lower back that DQ's me (from what I have read so far) from flying fighters. I was crushed! I'm still determined to fly something for a living though, hopefully I'll get on with an airline later on.
