The flywheel o-rings from Ricambi are no longer available. By searching previous threads I found the size and other specs that worked for the large ring (240 to 242 mm ID with 3 mm cross section, Viton, hardness around 75 shore A).

That leaves the 12 small o-rings. Does anyone happen to know the size of these? The flywheel is still on the car, but I wanted to get the parts before disassembly, so I haven't been able to measure anything.

    Thanks...Craig

Out of curiosity, and since I’m looking for them too, I found the ones that I replaced a few years ago and measured them. It looks like roughly 10.8mm outer diameter with a 1.9mm thickness. I compared it to a set of nitrile rings I have and while that size isn’t in my set, it looks very close. Image Unavailable, Please Login

Thank you. That's close to what I was guessing they would be.

I ended up using a 240 mm ID o-ring with a 3 mm cross section (OD 146 mm). For the 12 small o-rings I used ones measuring 8 mm ID with a 1.5 mm cross section, so 11 mm OD. All were Viton with a shore A of 80. They seemed very close to the originals. We'll see how they work out.
