FOC Midwest Gumball Trophy up for grabs!

    We have three more events to go: Fall drive, The Rock and X-Mas party

    So three more points can be made and the race couldn't be closer:

    Chuck 4 events
    Richard 3 events
    Carla 3 events

    Also there are several folks with 2 events to their credit. So who is going to clinch it this year?

    PS: FOC officers are not allowed to compete in the non 12 cylinder category.

    Not really. Your best bet is to watch the Chicago section of Fchat.

    The rock will be (as every year) a gathering of gearheads on Thanksgiving morning at the rock near the Science & Industry museum. MSUTV will be there and host the event.

    Frank will organize our fall drive and announce the plan here.

    I'll have to pick a date and location for the X-mas party. I'm thinking Saturday 3rd or 10th of December at the Outback on Higgins road (like last year). Again, nothing set in stone so far.

    So if you want to be on TV, come to the rock. If you want to see Ferraris in action, come to the fall drive. If you want to hang with the group, come to the x-mas party.

    Weather and other things permiting I will very much like to meet all of you guys and ofcourse see and hear some Fcars in action. I try to jump at every opportunity that has to do with cars and especially enjoy scenic drives. It's always fun to get a group of cars together. I'll be looking foreward to any details on the gatherings.

    Depending on the weather we have at the max three more events to score a crucial point:
    - Fall drive 2
    - The Rock
    - X-mas party

    Do I have to start thinking about a tie breaker? :)

    I'd go just to go. Regardless of a planned FOC meet or not, if anyone decided it would be a fun weekend or weekday night to try that place out again and wanted someone they knew on the track with them, Im game.

    Same here, that place was a ball! Hey Carla wnat to try racing me there? I might have a better chance of beating you than on Butterfield Rd the other day. Are you game? Andreas maybe we should set up another in door racing again, like in Dec. Let people make points there.

    Not to dis you Rick, but something tells me Carla would beat each and everyone of us. I guess we'll find out at the next karting event.

    great it sounds like a grudge match via in door racing. We'll have to do some betting on this. Andreas we are counting on you to set this up for us.
