Someone has had those gauges apart before! You can tell by the gap in the chrome bezels. Looks like they cut the bezels to get them back together. Not the proper thing to do by the way. Most likely the glass isn't seated correctly and/or the bezel isn't tight.

Unfortunately, I don't know if just the chrome bezels are available anywhere! You may be stuck trying to track down replacement gauges to solve the problem. Or you could try taking them back apart and sealing the crystal some how.

Verell at https://unobtaniumsupply.com/ has crystals or you can try somewhere like https://exoticautorecycling.com/product-category/ferrari-308/ for gauges.

Gentle heat from a heat gun or blow drier will get rig of the condensation.

Might be worth it to reseal the gauges, dielectric grease all available terminals/fuse blocks/sockets and get new seals for exterior light lenses because these car's electrical connections are not happy in wet air. Either way you have a high humidity condition in your area. Where are you located?
