Fog light reflective surface

I did mine with a flex mirror sheet with an adhesive back less then 1mm (0.04”) thick from Amazon $20.00

 

If carefully taped, They do pretty good after using chrome paint also.

Good time to switch to led bulbs while you are in there.

 

I used chrome paint on mine a decade+ ago, because that was what was available at the time. These days I'd look at upgrading to LED bulbs as well. But really, they are cosmetic units. If you want light, put some aftermarket lights behind the grill.

You may even find better choices as you search prev threads, there is plenty of room in the housing on our cars for many shapes & sizes of led options.
