Fontana raceway infield May2nd/3rd

Have a few spots for open practice. Were going to be testing Formula 3000 chassis from Italy, So mean while the chassis engineers are working on the cars, our group will be out on the track driving and doing a lead follow sessions. I would like to invite those only who are are looking to get some basics learned on the track and allow those who are seasoned licensed holders of SCCA/FIA/NASA to show up and get as much track time in as possible.

This would be an excellent time to have Plugzit bring the car out for me to give a few laps. Heck I'll even spring for a set of tires!

I will encourage bruce to show up. RyderM are you going to buy the 358? ACS Roval is a great venue having a really extreme braking zone that will test your stability under braking, a good top speed section, and an infield to examine the car's response on tight corners and it has a good transient slalom too. It is a great test track for a car.

 

Might have one guy showing up with a radical. Will be interesting.

 

I wish I could swing buying it ! But besides lack of funds to do so preclude that at this time. I'm guessing the current racecar I've gotten should be quicker on less maint, but would still love to do a few laps in the 358!!! If I won the lottery , Bruce would be one of the 1st calls I'd make!
