it just boiles down to everyfriend wants me to do them a favor but when they get the quote they shiit fit

i am doing everyone a favor right now DONT USE US!!! unless you own high rise buildings then we are reasonable but residential homes FORGET IT or if your the GC FORGET IT!!

I appreciate the "non sales pitch". Con Ed and etc. usually don't care about the bottomline. I do business with many of the Plumbing companies. For my boilers, I have a 24 hour labor contract (Not from the oil company), and I'm quite aware that I probably get "banged" for the parts (as you know). But that's business. My Field supervisor does my plumbing, but there are times that I need a License plumber. There are certain repairs (water main breaks, gas leaks, etc.) that I can't get away with using my Field supervisor. Thats when you guys come in.The bill is usually "insane". I use Wilford Plumbing among others. Know the owner, which as you indicated, does not help, but sometimes you got no choice! Price is a "killer", but I get good and quick service. Thats where the relationship comes in to play. Like you guys say, when you need a license guy, you got no choice but to pay! When that water is turned off in a building, due to a leak, in the middle of the winter, its worth the price to stop the phone from ringing from the tenants and the Housing Authority!

point well taken let me know what you have in mind and i will do my best to make something happen that will co-inside with both our needs. one thing is for sure watermain brakes at 3am we will be there within a half hour we shine in quality.

Sounds like some of the people that come into my gallery. They look at the price list and have a heart attack! Funny thing is, we are actually alot cheaper than alot of the other galleries around.
