For the Ferrari breathing, sleeping and living Toronto Enthusiast?

    Hey guys, as you can see I am a new name around FChat. It seemed like a truly awesome online Ferrari lovers community so I joined (this is the one forum I have seen that has constructive posts, and not the usual immaturity that plagues lesser car enthuasiast forums).

    What I really want to know is how does a young University student get up close to just stare in awe at the masterpeice art that is Ferrari. I've never been to an autoshow, nor have I ever seen a supercar closer than 20 metres.

    What I am trying to say is, do you know of anyway I could well, simply check out some Ferrari's in the GTA? The obvious place would be Ferrari/Maserati of Ontario, but would they allow a 17yr old to just walk into the dealership and take pictures and look at their inventory without objection?

    Thanks for taking the time to read, and any input is more than appreciated.

    plenty of cars u can usually get close to
    especially if it is a hot day
    not sure that walking into FoO and looking at the inventory would get u kicked out
    hey... u could always try.... let us kno what happens

    Dealers dont mind that you walk in and takes pics. Might even be able to sit in one.

    If you ask the people at Ferrari of Ontario they will say yes for sure. You should really make the trip out there because you could get within feet of MANY supercars including a MC12, F40, 333sp and many more.

    Definetly check of FoT, i went their not too long go and got to take as many pics as i wanted to, they had a nice yellow enzo when i went, and they were super nice...

    Should have told them your building a fake 355, see how nice they would have been to you then.....you putz.

    An MC12? F40? dear God, I did not know FoO had such examples on hand. I will definetley get out there for a trip, those two peices alone are nothing short of spectacular.

    Wow, I'm awestruck. It's very very very difficult to believe that an F40, MC12, and 333SP are actually just 20 minutes from my home, that fact alone sends shivers down my spine.

    not street legal... but i spoke to one of the guys there
    he'll put dealer plates on it and prob take it out
    hardest part will be getting it out the dealership
    that ramp scrapes every nose

    You know, I've never really had a sweet spot for the F40. I've never seen one before. Like most exotics, pics look great, but to see these beasts in the flesh just doesn't do these cars any justice when viewed via a pic.

    That said......I now understand what all the commotion is all about. I love this car. And of course since Remo has it.....it's pristine.

    Anyone know if this is the same car that was on display before the yellow Enzo was there?

    P.S. - I've just made a purchase. Nope, not a car, but I ended up getting the same camera as Lucas has. I love this thing. As soon as I get some pics with it, I may have to show a thing or two how Lucas should really use it ! :D

    You mean that F40 Remo had years ago? If so, I do believe that F40 is now long gone (State's-Side) I think. So I don't think it's the same one. But what the hell do I know?

    Maybe our fellow f-chatter "Rounder" know's .....what the hell has happened to our Canadian F40-dude anyways? Rounder you there Sir!?

    Or Leonard, can you shed some light? ;)

    Were you working on Saturday? I was in looking at the cars (I always stop in when I'm in Toronto - a friend of mine was speaking with someone about the GranSport in the showroom).
