I usually order AST supplements from their site, but wanted to know if anyone had a site they use on a regular basis to save a little money. Any help would be appreciated. Found one and I am already saving $26 but never had used them (A-1 Supplements).

Cant buy supplements off of this site, but www.abcbodybuilding.com have LOTS of great articles and information on supplements, usage, nutrition, workous, and so on. Great forums too. If you ever have a question, they can help you out.

What are the "best" protein bars? I like "Nitro-tech" and "Protein Diet" bars. What are some of the best bars out there considering the amt of protein, fat, carbs and sugar? There are so many out there that it is a daunting task to try them all. Jerry.

Hey Bruce, it's good to talk to me again. Just got back from Jamaica (insert obligatory "mon"). Had an awesome time, very friendly people....would go back in a second. Sad to come home to snow.
