    Just a quick early alert: Yoko in Japan has come out with the A050 to replace the A048.

    While we haven't seen the A050 in the US yet, Tire rack seems to be starting to run special prices on some A048s ---
    --- This just might be selling off inventory prior to the introduction of the A050.

    So if you were debating the A048, you might be able to get a discount in the coming weeks.

    Maybe.

    Something to watch, if you've been on the fence about A048s.

    (No affiliation, etc.)
    (I was debating, but I wouldn't be able to keep A048s at operating temps, getting stuck at all the out-of-sync traffic lights.)
