Seems like Superformance in the UK has found a source !
    http://www.superformance.co.uk/a-328/lights.htm

I don't know it is the European or US version, but anyway I hope this might help those looking for one, or for both !
And you can always replace both, or even have a spare !

Great find. Are the Euro and U.S. lenses interchangeable?

I know they are physically the same size because my euro car came with a (cracked) US version. Took me 1 1/2 years to find a replacement (complete assembly) so now I have a complete euro version and a cracked US version.

What I'm not sure is if the inner reflector is exactly the same, but since you'll be replacing only the glass, can't make much difference, I guess ....

Much appreciated. Mine aren't cracked, but given the difficulty in finding replacments these might be a good thing to tuck away.

I've just received this reply from Superformance:

"These are not glass like the original which is easily broken these are remade to exact pattern from unbreakable polycarbonate."

I think I'll buy one for my spare and have a complete replacement assembly!

$600 for one lens, well, maybe I won't jump to buy one yet.

Isn't Verrell working on the same thing?

Nice - probably less weight up front.

The ticket might be to replace the originals and put them on a shelf BEFORE they get cracked.

That would be the safe play. In another 10 years who knows how much they would be worth.

If I recall, Verrell had great difficulty in seperating the glass lense from the back of the light, I think he found it was bonded in so sadly its probably not easy just to take the glass ones off.

That is correct. The ones for sale are supposed to replace a broken one. That's the reason I will not sell my spare, complete assembly, cracked driving light :)

Since these are reproductions in plastic one has to assume that they will always be available so maybe no great rush to buy them, especially for $600 each .. had to look twice .. pounds not dollars. Yikes.
