For which model is this brake caliper?

There has to be a part number on it or the brake pads ?
The one number I can see #20838802
A search on Ricambi America says "no results" for this number.

 

Looks like a 430 front ..do a Google search with "brake caliper 20838802'

This caliper and pads look like they come off a f430 with ccm rotors ..carbon ceramic brakes

599 front caliper & pads for standard rotors, not CCM.

 

I am 1000% sure I am right being a f430 ccm caliper but i did found one on ebay that came off a f430 spider with the same code on them - around 900 dollars used ..does not look as nice as yours - new over 1800 dollars
