Now, onto your query. Let’s not kid ourselves: $250 will not buy you anything remotely interesting, at least not anything new. The best you could do is some horrible Fossil or Nixon and the less said about those, the better. No, given your seemingly precocious level of discerning taste, I think you are a candidate for wearing a vintage timepiece. Not everyone can pull it off, especially at your age. But set yourself the goal of visiting antique shops and jewelers and you might be surprised at what you find in their dusty cases. I have seen old Omegas, Longines and Bulovas that I would not be ashamed to wear selling for your price range. The thrill is in the hunt, young man, so don’t settle for anything from the mall.
