Here 'ya go. Greenwood "Stars and Stripes" ZL-1 Corvette will be going across the block on Friday, August 19, at the RM auction in Monterey. Estimate $750,000-$950,000. Start breaking those piggy banks.

If I had the funds, and wanted to do something that wasn't a pure race car, yet not a pure street car... This is the way I'd go. The designer was intimately involved with the Ford GT from concept design, right through overcoming obstacles through engineering. Nothing would be added to the car without it being done right, and complete. He is a good friend of mine, and recently updated his site. www.kipewing.com

I agree I love my 2005 FGT. I own alot of cars and it is my hobby. What is great is how well the Ford Gt drives compares to other cars. A few are better at this or that but the FGT combines them all.

I will never sell mine. it is that great of a car.

Great to hear that Lee, it is car that seems to get better with age.

On a separate note, did you keep your 458?

    Hi Tony

Yes I did keep my 458.

I did sell my Lotus Elise Sport snd buy a Lotus Evora turbo S. I still like my Elise but the Evora is also nice for a change.

    Great hearing from you :)
