    Unfortunatly that's impossible, packaging is too complex and too tight in today's smartphones for parts to be that easily exchanged. The guy who designed the phone in the video said himself that his vision is not feasible and only thought to inspire.

    The media reports a lot about Motorola working on exchangable subparts of the phone. What they carefully neglect is that as far as I understand Motorola aims at manufacturers, who can exchange their internal designs with new subsystems, enabling quick updates of the product without major changes to the production processes.

    Yea.. new phones are too cheap for it to be worth it.
