    It's simple; Mercedes complained after Spa and the FIA "suddenly" had an issue with Ferrari's "Trickeries". It seems it is the FIA's duty is to bow down and comply to everything that Mercedes requires for their "Golden Boy".

    Wouldn't it be nice if Ferrari dropped off F1 and give the finger to FIA? I know it is a gigantic decision, but I am not certain of how can Maranello take punches like that and not consider it.
    Wouln't it be nice to see a Red car racing at Le Mans? Just wondering....

    If this is the case, then I'am not writing off Ferrari's comparable speed to Merc just yet.
    They just need to get there act together to back up a good car.

    Autobild reports that according to their information, the 2nd sensor at the Ferrari was installed since Monaco. The problems in Singapore and Russia are because of the tyres. Ferrari can‘t bring them to work anymore!

    There would be a significant drop-off in TV audience without Ferrari competing. You can see the sample group waving red flags at each circuit

    Yes seems a combination of Merc getting their tyres issues sorted since SPA, according to Toto, whilst Ferrari seemingly have gone backwards.
    That along with the extra sensor issue, they appear to be on their back foot, at the moment.

    So wonder if Pirelli is somehow involved, e.g. slight changes in compounds or have the prior shaved treads become the norm.

    I agree. No Ferrari in F1, no reason for me to keep watching [Even if my favorite driver was still in the grid]. I would simply go to other series' races and see other motorsports.
