Vettel can't do everything. Needs some faith in the team. He expects on such a call that he gets out in no traffic. This is 100% on the team.

I think he ran out of brakes as in they're overheating or pad is wearing, so won't really lock up but will just run deep. Or he braked late. Either way penalty is deserved mistake or not.
Looks like he’ll make it to the end, sacrificing a deserved 2nd place in the process. Ferrari was FAR too ambitious in trying to dictate the terms of the race by going with the u/s tires (giving them the benefit of the doubt that they knew front of the grid would go with softs but tried to change things up). Not the best gamble, obviously, when you’re battling for the WDC.
They're all just pootling round managing their tyres. I hate this stuff. You keep seeing Ricciardo drop two seconds back and then make it all up in one lap just to relieve the boredom. It really is pathetic.

fully agreed. Extremely pooor strategy again, tyres incredibly well managed by Vettel, really, really well done by him.
