Phone pictures from FP1-2, walking around, and turn 12 grandstand. Sound is less than I’d thought (my 1st race). Ferrari Pope in the Military Outpost with me in Haas gear. Cold in the morning and warmed up afternoon. Traffic leaving was bad, we’ll stay later after qualifying. Needless to say, great BBQ and Tex-Mex!

It's a fun track. Glad I live an hour away from it. :)

I would love driving it. Seeing the elevation at turn 1 in person really is impressive! Plus the angle looks much sharper than watching on TV or driving it on a video game!

It's sad. If you were that close to the track in the 80s or 90s, the sound blast from the engines would have been painful. You needed ear plugs even sitting in the stands in Montreal. Someone here said it best, they sound like leaf blowers now.

Great photos though. All hail the Pope.

Always, wait till you stand at the bottom of Eau Rouge at Spa: it's a wall.

Yes the lack of sound is very disappointing. In the past, nothing sounded as thrilling as an F1 car at full song. I was at Monza in 2016, The Porsche cup cars sounded better.

An oil leak it seems ,
They will put an old evo2 on Leclerc's car with no penalty.
Guess they will try to fix the evo3 for the remaining races .
