I don't minsundestand at all. Whatever he says, I don't blame Hamilton at all. I blame a stupid system that puts private conversations on the air ! I never understood why they started that.
Ha! Kinda like his own driver Max does. Max even complained over the radio that Lewis “turned into him” at the Nouvelle Chicane during Max’s half-baked overtaking attempt!
No problem with drivers complaining if they get results. Lewis has a right to complain, in recent years he has been driving with few mistakes and getting wins, performing at a high level, he expect his team to do the same, not put on wrong tires. Lewis demands excellence from his team. Every driver complains on the radio, but it wouldn't be of any interest to you guys if they aired Hulkenberg's messages
"In Monaco, Hamilton led all the way on a circuit that increasingly feels like a clay pigeon shoot in a bathroom. Formula 1 cars outgrew the Principality’s famous streets years ago and some make a case that if the drivers can’t race, it should be dumped off the calendar. " Damian Smith Autocar
Get rid of the chicane, that should spice things up a bit as far as overtakes in Monaco IMO. The safety issue outweighs a degree of an actual race.
From what I have read Arrive was in a position of no winning with Sergio over him. I don’t think sour but relieved to speak his mind now. Good for him!!
If his teammates were not the best drivers Ferrari could hire, that to me signals they care about one person. The second driver can be decent and in a superior car still get the pts necessary for the WCC. As I have said numerous times now, MS was a great driver, but his competition was not his teammates. Anyone else been disqualified from the championship? I believe Hamilton has had the similar situations, as did Vettel when with RedBull. But I will say this about Merc, they have had 2 different WDC champ during this doninence. Did Ferrari give anyone else a chance to beat Schumacher, seriously. On a side thread, Monaco, it's the preeminent GP for me from just a cool factor coupled with the ultimate circus environment. Monaco almost the same as its original configuration and it's been around so long and has been said 40 times during the coverage winner from top 3 grid positions 85%. It's always been about qualifying for this race. The walls and weather are the pressure for the drivers. Hard to put pressure from behind. But I need to get to Spa, before the screw that up.
Alot of people, while in high positions, do the "song-and-dance" first. Then when they get replaced, quit, or retire(retirement $$$$) THEN they get to speak their minds whether vocal, in social media or they write a book. Dignity is out the window in todays day in age.
I do not think Barichello was bad, he simply did not match Schumacher. Who do you think they should have hired to match Schumacher? Hakkinen??? Massa was not that bad either, remember he almost became WDC... For the two WDC at Mercedes, Rosberg was already there when Lewis arrived... and he was replaced by Bottas who was not intended being match of Lewis either. So I do not see anything in particular different with Schumacher that needed to be pointed out as "he WDC being handed over by his team mate" and certainly not in the way the 8 liking your original post think...

What does that have to do with a drivers skill level? I do not agree with Schumachers move, but lets compare it to Senna intentionally ramming Prost in T1 Suzuka just a few years prior: Yet no one ever questions him!
A lot of Schumi fans love to say he "built" the team, and the team was his. So i wouldn't be surprised if the #2 driver had strict guidlines when competing against him.
They had rules that stopped them driving into Michael, and as team leader, Michael picked his own strategy. The number two could race , but Michael, was so good, none of them came close to him and were broken before they really got going. Barrichello came with the reputation of a very fast driver, in the mould of his idol Senna no less, Irvine was quick but distracted, massa came into f1 as a protege through sauber and into the ferrari with massive expectations.
