Sad but true. they need to focus on the rest of the season - and work on making Vettel more comfortable with the car...

Vettel was comfortable w Kimi. Too long he was. He should adapt to a car and system after YEARS at Ferrari. Lack of close wheel to wheel race craft. Alonso he is not. Charles already appears more “comfortable” with the car. Focus on WINNING and results not Seb!

Someone thinks Ferrari should be making Vettel "comfortable" with the car. Just curious- how many years will that take?? How much are you willing to pay him to have his derriere rubbed until he's "comfortable"? How many years will you tell his teammates to move aside while he's doing that? How many more losing seasons would you like to see so long as he gets "comfortable"?

Maybe "he's trying too hard", eh?

Yeah that's the ticket. He's trying too hard. For God's sake we don't want him to try too hard. He wouldn't be "comfortable".

And who is winning? The drivers.... so it is the job of the team to get the best out of the drivers they have!
So people think Seb is mental fragile and needs an environment like RB where he is pampered? If so, why not simply giving it to him? Mercedes did realize and do that exactly with Lewis, be it coming up with excuses for him when he does mistakes (like Qualy Nürburgring) or eating humble pie on the team radio about strategy when he is distracted...And the success gives them right!
So if someone at Ferrari thinks that the marque is larger than the drivers and therefore the driver should adapt to them rather than the other way round then this arrogance might be what some have in mind when saying "Ferrari is too Italian to win".
It is easy to point at the drivers just as they did with Alonso at the end but the question remains: a 2xWDC and a 4xWDC come to them and both failed to deliver a WDC, coincidence or is there more behind it? If so, maybe it is time to rethink...Heritage alone does not give you future titles!

Lewis adapts himself to the car. He proved that in China through practice and qualifying. And then he won the race. Vettel just whines when it isn't "right".

Vettel said he was faster than LeClerc. Then he not only wasn't he locked it up in the corners. And did nothing with what he was gifted.

But you'll keep coming up with excuses for the loser. You always do.

    Please show me the excuses....
How did Lewis "adapt" when the car was proven to be the fastest all weekend?????
Do you even intend to add something with substance to this forum ever?
