Sainz is 0% team player, never has been, thats why I'm partly happy he is leaving. Leclerc was faster on hards so he stays out longer on the mid stint. Coming out the pits Ferrari tell Sainz not to attack Leclerc who has fresher tires -> Sainz proceeds to immideatly overtake with drs...

If Leclerc had been in front when attacking Verstappen, he would have dropped Max way faster and easy overtake for Carlos. But now Charles had to work overtime to pass Vertsappen because Sainz couldnt drop him from drs. I mean it wouldn't surprise me if what Brundle said was true; Sainz using Max to protect him from Charles.

All that, so he can get a sweaty podium by courtesy of undercutting his faster teammate?

 

To be honest, disappointed for our boys.
Real last chance to bridge the points gap with Mclaren.

Seriously, just stop. Sainz let Leclerc by during the second stint, but was just plain faster in the last one.

 

Russel drove awesome the whole weekend, and showed Mercedes that he deserves to be their leader going forward. Hamster showed some fire today in his raw pace.

I had a feeling Ferrari would not necessarily be the favorites given the cold temps, and that proved right. Still, they took a bite out of McLaren's lead, who were nowhere today.

 

Don't let reality interfere with your feelings.

F sabotaged Sainz and he still bested Charlotte.
