About 2 hours and 15 min. at time of post. Still waiting on the Max-Lewis verdict from the FIA about BrazillGP T4.
He claimed in the race build up show that the motor hadn’t had any changes. No power boost. Elton Hamdashian the queen of all that is F1.
At least he tried to minimize the gravel on the track by driving on the side of the track BEFORE getting on the track.
Yes, very astute of him. I'm trying to figure out where all that gravel came from? Was it stuck in the pods?
I wonder if he or Vettel will show the same "courage" as at the Hungarian Grand Prix? Indignation must not be variable geometry.
right, at LeMans it's more common for someone coming back from a gravel trap to hit the brakes off line and try to dislodge the gravel. First practice session on a new track, no track limits yet, Mercedes likely sand-bagging, other than MAX and GAS at the top, not much to learn yet, although some of the curbs seemed to be causing some damage. Regarding the MAX/LEWIS steward issue from Brazil, well, if they haven't penalized him yet, I'd say it needs to remain a racing incident.
No review for Mercedes, they met 3 of the 4 requirements for right of review: "Unlike the 2020 Austria case, in the judgement of the Stewards, there is nothing in the Footage that fundamentally changes the facts. Nor even, does this show anything that wasn't considered by the Stewards at the time. Thus, the Stewards determine that the Footage, here, is not "Significant." Conclusion The Stewards find, in their sole discretion, that: - With the reservations raised above, the decision is subject to the Right of Review; - That the Footage is New; - That the Footage was Unavailable to the Competitor at the time of the decision subject to the petition for review; - That the Footage is Relevant; but - That the Footage is not Significant; - The four key points required under Art. 14.1.1 are not met and the Stewards, therefore, deny the Competitor’s Right of Review. Competitors are reminded that, in accordance with Art. 14.3 of the ISC, this decision is not subject to appeal."
The stewards were probably reminded of Silverstone where Max as taken out, car destroyed and only a 5 second penalty to HAM for actual contact and still he gained maximum points.
Horner running mouth about Mercedes wing. Still has no proof. Has not protested. SHUT UP. Toto said the FIA have all data on the wing. So if RedBull need to protest they can just borrow the data LOL
