I am surprised that nobody is complaining about racism as it should have been obvious that Lewis has a good chance to horl up that trophy ;)
H&M got some of their stores destroyed for something like this.....

Well, if they used a model from the Pirelli calendar that would have been SEXISM. :)

Looking on how well the grid girls thread is doing I bet Pirelli would be forgiven for a lot of tire issues in that case ;)

I've already read this article, old news. Toto said he was ONE of the people who help lay the foundation, he also said Lewis was valuable piece of the team success, obsiously, and he is one of the best the sport has ever seen. So if you gonna take Toto at his word, accept his words on Lewis as well

Yeah Lewis has been having a affect at Mercedes since he came. Ask Toto who has brought more success to Mercedes, Ham who has won champions or Shumi who has not attended a race in recent years

Well, you got the "effect" portion correct. I'll give you that.

    @ktu

Lewis has had an effect on Mercedes, yes but even more so, Mercedes has had a greater effect on Lewis.

Well, why? I mean think about the symbolism: A King Kong like gorilla has always been the symbol of France. Right? No? :)

I have no idea where they got that trophy. It's France, a nation normally obsessed with design and style and they come up with a Hollywood gorilla?

Yeah, has been like that for a long time. Also no idea why somebody thought that would be a good idea. A French GP at the Cote d'Azur deserves better than looking like a gokart track in a shopping mall.

Yeah, I'm totally clueless myself about the gorilla trophy and what it symbolizes.

They should have done the track layout in French colors IMO.......but nooooo....they stuck King Kong on top.....pffft.

Well, I bet michael is all broken up at disappointing you like that. Maybe he has good reason not to turn up for the crap fest that is F1 at the moment - you think? What a crass statement to make

Forza Ferrari..... the only racing team and car marque that matters. Italia forever It’s easier to apologise than it is to ask permission

I got the email from Ferrari today. Calibrating Charles' 3rd place and, if you can believe noting how Seb finished 5th after starting 7th. What an accomplishment. He past two cars that never should have been in from of him in the first place while Charles out ran the car between him and Seb, which Seb could not catch. Oh yea, and noting the Seb got fast lap. LOL.

But I'm still a fan, though not of SV. Never have been, never will be.

Seems to me some on here need to start there own MercChat.

If [some] people think F! wouldn't miss Ferrari then they are seriously misguided - is there a MercChat?

Mercedes got the car concept right before the hybrid era, the car & team has basically been an evolution (remember they bought the Brawn team and injected / invested hundreds millions euros) under the expert development by the master Schumacher and Brawn.
