Well things are looking a little better today but let's watch out for Lewis and Bottas on Saturday. I think FP1 was more in keeping with the real situation. FP2 hasn't convinced me that Ferrari has found its way back, yet. No fan wanted Kubica to succeed more than me...but I have to ask how long he can continue to be beaten by his team mate and hold onto his job. If he can't beat Russell, who else will consider hiring him? Kubici has to reach inside himself and use super human effort to make is car do the impossible. If he can't do that, then he should go back to being a development/reserve driver...maybe Ferrari would still give him a shot working in their simulator.
Are you still surprised that Russell is faster than Kubica ? Haven't you understood yet that taking Kubica in the team was more an act of charity than anything else. He also came with a small sponsorship package, and Williams was desperate for cash. . Realistically, Kubica is finished as a F1 driver, and probably has been for years.
