He is at the mercy of his contract and appears can simply be removed.

Red Bull says Perez form ‘unsustainable’ with F1 contract clause set to kick in
Sergio Perez’s F1 future increasingly in doubt as performance-related clause set to kick in on his contract

Leave Binotto alone, this is just another case of McL stealing more Ferrari documentation :p

Where's Ron when you need him? :p

If the quoted clause is correct he is toast unless Max fails to score in the next two races and Perez is only first or second (other permutations exist but this covers most possibilities most clearly)

It's been said quite a few times before but Sainz is a much smarter racer and once again it's showed in difficult conditions.

Its apparent now. If Charles doesnt start really beating Sainz Ferrari need to up the pressure. The team does not need another Kimi. Charles is hitting journeyman status in years now. Overpaid and not maximizing the car/results even if he is not one challenging for wins!

Because he drove several more laps and did a tyre change pit stop after than. Not possible with an engine that was overheating.

Stop clutching at straws - it makes you sound desperate.

He has beat Sainz in points 3 times in the last 4 seasons. What more does he have to do? Not his fault Ferrari are a trash level team.

+ 1 - George lost position and was not an overt threat, then PU cooling failed.

--Water system issue led to retirement, having started to lose power while pressuring Verstappen. Scintillating in qualifying, with pole by almost two tenths. Early management of race was assertive, even if medium tyre management was marginally inferior to Hamilton’s. Losing position to Hamilton in wet forced him into waiting during double-stack pitstop.--

Readily apparent that the calls to dump Bino were just change for the sake of change.
More of that coming up with Sainz's replacement.

Bino is wrong for any team principal role. He needs to focus on engineering, THAT’s where he can succeed.

My simple takeaways as of this morning:

    1) Sergio is going to cost RB the constructor's championship
    2) As much as Lewis irritates me sometimes with all his BS, he really is one of the greats. You just can't argue that. That was a great moment.
    3) They need to have a new championship for worst strategy. Ferrari and McLaren are in the race of their lives to that trophy.
    4) Zak Brown has cleared the field as one of the most unlikeable team figureheads

... and praise Jesus that I have F1 TV and didn't have to experience SKY and their coverage of Hamilton's historic win. F1 TV just sort of savored the moments and it was nice.

Yep, you would've thought he would have had more respect for the flag and putting it next to his helmet on the floor.

I’m truly happy for Lewis and was honestly emotional for him, I’m sure he had a billion thoughts going through his head.

My wife and I were screaming at him through the T.V as he came in, “Don’t let the flag touch the floor” and it ended up exactly there. I think it was a faux pas through adrenaline and emotion, but he is a “Sir” and should have known to just drape it over his chair.

Or he should have given it to Bono who was on the podium stand with him. Yeah, alot of emotions at the time.

Meh, it's 2024. Plus, he's more personable than the replacement. Wasted potential.

But, going around a traffic jam feels better even if it takes longer.

I don't follow any of them outside of the races, so I have no idea what they do in-between!

I feel HAM is a good spokesman for his team. Every interview I have seen he projects a positive attitude towards the team and fans.

I use to really hate him beating Ferrari. I have respected him since his "flat tire" race. The one where he had a flat, ran off course to retire and all-the-sudden a safety car is deployed, he gets back to the pits, rejoins last, and ends up on the podium if I am not mistaken!

It was that race that I realized, no driver I have ever seen, is able to make the most out of bad situations as HAM! And how that played into his championships.

You wonder why Ferrari didn't make him give the one he took from Massa back? I was cheering, thinking he won. And then didn't... I still feel bad for MAS!
