Lec right there w Vet... awesome. No real surprises from the session. Danny Ric kinda low on the list though.
So nothing to cheer about in FP1. Hard to know what programs they were on, what they were testing. Got the streaming working on ESPN3...choppy...it would got to just audio over a graphic then back to live video. No fireworks.
Four Ferrari engines in top 10.... looking good so far. Of course without knowing the programs its impossible to tell a real pecking order just yet, but one can be hopeful for the reliability and performance out the gate.
Merc has to push to test the new aero package, major change from Barcelona Will they race the Ferrari style nose?
It's pretty much already their spec-b car...they had a completely different car in week 1 of testing and after it failed to deliver they ditched the entire program for this one. I'm optimistic that Ferrari might actually be the one sandbagging this time around, not gonna jinx it by saying anything else =) I'm still not clear where Renault sits...at this point even Alfa Romeo look better than they do? Red Bull look pretty solid, but probably still not up there w Ferrari & Mercedes. Williams should just pack up and go home, their pace is embarrassing! I know they weren't expecting to be quick, but to be THAT slow is ridiculous. McLaren look lost in the midfield...if Red Bull score a podium on the first race, there's no bigger F U Honda could ever hope for =D
