This is one track I’d love to have driven: Crazy balls to throw an f1 around there. So many subplots going on. Hoping Sir Lewis and Max get to mix it up again!
Revealed: First images of F1’s new flexi-wing checks The FIA is undertaking video analysis of flexi front wings at F1’s Belgian Grand Prix Jonathan NobleJul 26, 2024, 10:49 AM Upd: Jul 26, 2024, 10:51 AM Image Unavailable, Please Login Ferrari SF-24 technical detail Photo by: Giorgio Piola The first images of new flexi-wing checks that are being conducted by the FIA have appeared ahead of Formula 1’s Belgian Grand Prix. As exclusively revealed by Autosport, the FIA has begun an analysis process to help it better understand the dynamics at play with how teams are flexing their front wings. From this weekend’s event at Spa-Francorchamps, the FIA has requested that selected teams fit a special 4K video camera in a location on their nose to capture images of front wing movement during Friday practice sessions. To help assist with the analysis, teams have to place a number of reference dots on the front wing elements and endplate. When the video footage is downloaded after practice, the dots help the FIA to better track wing movement. It is hoped that the analysis that will be conducted over the next few weeks will help boost the FIA’s knowledge of the dynamics at play with front wing, with a view to then potentially making changes to the regulations for 2025. Yeah, each team has a special camera loaded next to the front forward camera on the nose. This special camera is directly aimed at the area of the front wing the FIA is looking at. The FIA has mounted 4K cameras that will film the sights that have been mounted on the flaps (3) and on the side bulkhead (6) to analyze what the actual movement of the front wing is. There will eventually be corrections in the 2025 rules and not measures in the current season.

Tsunoda to start Belgian GP from back of the grid after penalty RB racer will start this weekend’s race at Spa from the rear of the field after being given a new engine
Zero proof you have. They are all flexing hence the assessment by the FIA this weekend. Cheat is all you talk about but each team pushes the limit post proof or stop posting ridiculous assertions.
I just saw a shot of them in Spa running and it was CRAZY how much it was flexing. Just me looking on TV, it looked way more than the others. No Idea what amount is legal.
