Been traveling and haven't paid attention to practices this weekend, did I hear correctly that Max has a 10 grid penalty for the start? Is this correct, was it a power unit change or something?

About 200 meters up from T6 on the Kemmel Straight there is a concession stand at the base of a hill. Grabbing a beverage and some fries, watching the cars fly by through the trees, listening to the track commentary in French from the loudspeakers mounted within the pine trees is one of my favorite memories of Spa.
