    It is just damage limitation and FIA basically forcing when max has to take a 4th engine.

    Rain in Sochi this morning. Race director Michael Masi says they will aim to start all sessions and judge the conditions at the time. Forecast is for rain to lighten from 1.30-2pm local time (11.30-12 UK), with qualifying at 1pm UK time.

    The FIA will prepare and try to start each session on time today, but based on the weather might simply cancel FP3 rather than sit and wait. The waiting part will come with qualifying.

    Forecast says heavy rain till 2pm. There is a gap after that to do the quali. FIA will monitor the situation step by step. If FP3 is under heavy rain will be red flagged. If quali is not happening today will be held on Sunday morning..

    What's your problem with insulting me all the time? The penalty basically won't effect them as they chose to take the engine penalty. That is a valid point. You have a long history of being deliberately obtuse, but I don't to insult you. I know you want to display the internet tuff guy, but tone it down a bit.
