Formula E Concept Cars

Yeah... I know... Formula E... However, I do like the 1st concept design as far as a future evolution is concerned. It'd be interesting if F1 could adopt some of that. Its far better than the direction Indy car went when they made their cars look like toys.

I like the front diamond configuration. I'm sure at some point down the road safety concerns will start harping on the open wheel racing of F1. The tradition of that style will come under assault like everything has. Indy Car blew it badly with their solution. A knee jerk reaction that didn't seem though out. If someday F1 goes there... I like that low sidepod thing in front of the rear wheel. I don't hate the covered front wheels... but maybe something less George Jetson looking could be done.
